I just bought a 2005 Unlimited in blue. I agree with most of what you say except. The unlimited comes standard with the four wheel disk brakes and they are great. Who needs ABS if you know how to brake a car, ABS is for inexperenced driver. Also with the H package adds the 7 speaker sound system with the a large subwoofer. I think the sound system is very good after I adjusted it properly. The car is noisy and not worth putting anything more expensive in it, unless you get a hard top. It a tent on wheels.
